Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 2–7 business days from the date your order is placed for payment verification and processing before your order is shipped via our carrier.

 It takes approximately 2-7 business days for orders to be delivered after your order has shipped

Processing takes place Monday through Friday (business days). If you place an order on Friday, processing will begin on the next business day — Monday.

Custom-made items, colored items, services, or pre-order items may require an additional 3–14 business days for processing and coloring. Please refer to the product listing for estimated processing times.


Risk Warnings & Order Verification

Orders flagged with a risk warning (such as those placed through third-party processors, or with mismatched billing and shipping addresses) may experience an additional 2–11 business day delay while we verify the order.

In these cases, our customer support team will contact you directly to gather the necessary information so we can process your order as quickly as possible.

Transit Delays

In rare cases, shipping carriers may experience transit delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or other natural events. Please be aware that LuxurySilkyHair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or acts of nature. Refunds and chargebacks will not be honored for delays resulting from these situations.


Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to LuxurySilkyHair as “Return to Sender,” it is usually due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. This may occur if:

  • The shipping address is invalid or does not exist

  • The address was entered incorrectly or contains misspellings

  • The address is missing critical information (apartment, building, or suite number)

  • The carrier is unable to safely deliver after at least one attempt

  • The recipient has moved

  • The recipient refuses delivery

Returned packages will be restocked, and store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card, minus the original shipping fees and a flat $40 restocking fee. Shipping costs and Route Protection are non-refundable.


Reordering After Return to Sender

We are unable to reship or replace returned packages, as they are processed through our Returns Department. If your order is returned, you may place a new order using the corrected shipping information with the E-Gift Card provided.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that your original items will be in stock at the time of reorder, nor can we guarantee the original pricing.


Important Address Information

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes. To ensure successful delivery, please carefully review your shipping address prior to placing your order. Include all necessary details:

  • Accurate abbreviations

  • Street numbers

  • Apartment, suite, or building numbers

  • Route or delivery instructions (if applicable)

LuxurySilkyHair is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer. All returned or undeliverable packages will incur a $40 restocking fee.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds or chargebacks will not be honored if a customer attempts to dispute their order. LuxurySilkyHair strictly upholds our published policies, which are provided to your financial institution in the event of a dispute.

Please be advised: Filing a chargeback in violation of our policies may result in your claim being denied and reported as fraudulent activity.
