Returns
Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
Returns
Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).
> To Start a Return for Store Credit, Please submit a return request to our Customer Support. We do no issue refunds on any grounds, only store credit.
For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.
We do not offer exchanges. You may return your order for store credit and use your credit to reorder your desired item. All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted on sale or clearance items.
The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $40. Shipping cost and Route Insurance cost are non refundable
Please understand that products that have been used (wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc) will not be accepted for a return.
DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
Return to Sender Shipments
All products sold on this website may ship with signature; Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. After 1-3 attempts, our shipping carrier will return the package back to our facilities at an additional cost to us. Return to sender packages may incur a flat restock fee of $40. Once your return is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit to you that can be used at your convenience.
Custom-Made Items
Customized wigs, lace items, and bundles are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit. This includes any custom-colored bundles or wigs.
Any changes made to an order (such as adjusting cap size) will classify the item as custom and therefore non-exchangeable.
Please allow 3–14 business days for customization to be completed.
Order Delays & Incorrect Orders
LuxurySilkyHair is not responsible for any fees related to the cancellation or rescheduling of hair appointments due to order delays or errors. We strongly recommend that you receive and fully inspect your order before booking any hair appointments.
Additionally, LuxurySilkyHair is not responsible for the installation of products purchased from our website or retail locations.
All returned or refused shipments will incur a flat $40 restocking fee. Shipping costs and Route Insurance fees are non-refundable.
Installation-Related Expenses
LuxurySilkyHair is not liable for any costs associated with hair installations, removals, re-installations, appointment cancellations, or other expenses related to the use of our products.
We are also not responsible for any damage to hair caused by bleaching, cutting, chemical treatments, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
LuxurySilkyHair’s liability is limited to the remedies expressly stated in this policy. We are not responsible for product availability after purchase or for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to both products and services.
By purchasing from LuxurySilkyHair, you agree that the company’s total liability for any product-related claim will not exceed the total purchase price paid.
For services purchased separately (not bundled with products), LuxurySilkyHair’s liability is similarly limited to the amount paid for those services.
