LATE/ MISSED DELIVERY

 

Q: My package arrived later than expected

 If your package arrives later than expected due to a carrier delay, LuxurySilkyHair is responsible.  Refunds are not issued for packages delivered late. 

Q:  My Package shows a delay when checking the tracking number

Once Luxurysilkyhair hands your package to the carrier, the liability is then between the carrier and the customer, as we are no longer in possession of the package. Questions about the movement of your package are to be relayed to the carrier.

 

Q:  My package says delivered, But I do not see it.

Once Luxurysilkyhair hands your package to the carrier, the liability is then between the carrier. Contact The carrier regarding any package questions. A signature is required for delivery or a photo is taken to ensure delivery. Once the carrier determines your package was delivered to the address provided on the label, their duty is done. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds for missing/ stolen packages.

Q:  My package isn't here, but the carrier left a delivery slip

The carrier will attempt to deliver your package 3 times. If you are not home to sign for your package, It'll be dripped off at your nearest Postal office. The address will be listed on your miss delivery slip or it can be found on your tracking number. You will then have up to 5 days to pickup your package with your ID matching the name on your package. Your package is held for 3 days then its damaged out.  LuxurySilkyHair does not give refunds for abandoned packages.

Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, Your order may be shipped with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
