LATE/ MISSED DELIVERY
My package arrived later than expected
LuxurySilkyHair is NOT responsible for late deliveries caused by the shipping carrier( FEDEX, USPS. DHL) . Refunds are not issued for packages delivered late. ALL CUSTOMERS agree to our store policY when purchasing with our company, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once your package is shipped off, We no longer have it. You must contact the carrier for delivery questions.
It is THE CUSTOMERS responsibly to check their Tracking Number and be home for your delivery.
FedEx/ UPS/DHL will attempt to deliver your package 3 Times. If you are not home to sign for your package, it'll be dropped off at the closest postal office near you.
(The address will be on your tracking Number) You have 3-5 days to pick up your package with your ID matching the name on the package. The Carrier will hold your package for 3-5 days then they will damage the package out.
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR LOST/ STOLEN/ OR ABANDONED PACKAGES. IF YOU MISS YOUR DELIVERY, OR YOUR PACKAGE IS MISSING DUE TO THE CARRIER LEAVING IT AT YOUR TRUSTED ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED US, THE FAULT IS ON YOU, LUXURYSILKYHAIR TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY.
Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
