PROCESSING & SHIPPING

 To ensure a smooth processing and Shipping experience, Please make sure your order details are correct before ordering. We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. This causes a shipping delay

 

HOW LONG IS ORDER PROCESSING?

 

It takes 2-3 business days from the date you placed your order for your payment to be verified then shipped with our carrier. Order Processing occurs Monday-Friday ( Business Days) If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.
 
*Custom Made Items, Colored Items, Services, or Pre Order items may require 3 extra Processing days. Please refer to the date in the item You're ordering*
Order that are received with a Risk warning, through 3rd Party processors, Different billing/Shipping addresses can cause a 2-11 day delay in shipment, as we have to reach out to the consumer for more information. Our customer support team will contact you to get your order shipped quickly.

 

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

After your order has processed, Then its shipped.  
Standard ground Shipping - 4-7 Business Days
Express:  3-7 Business Days
A signature is required for delivery
Accurate Delivery information is located on your tracking number. Please refer to your tracking number to delivery dates.
Most customers receive their order within 3-7 Business days, but allow up to 11 Business days to receive your order if your package is experiencing carrier delays. Delivery dates are located on your tracking number. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

 

Tracking numbers are updated when your order is physically shipped off after Processing. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start showing tracking history.  You may see an incorrect Delivery Date, Allow the Package to move and the delivery date will update.
Once the carrier is in procession of said package, The liability is no longer Luxurysilkyhair's. All liability is between the customer and carrier. We are not responsible to stolen packages/abandoned packages. 

  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

To avoid delays with our Orders, We cannot cancel or change orders. Please make sure your addresses are correct and your address is safe for delivery.

 

Flagged Orders

If an Order is received with a Flagged warning, The order will not ship until its cleared with Our risk department through communication with the customer. Documents will be needed to verify and confirm the order.

 

  

My Tracking number Isn't Updating, What Do I Do?

 

If your Tracking number hasn't Updated in 3 Days after receiving it, Please reach out to our Customer Service.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

 
 We only ship to physical addresses. Any order with a PO Box address will be cancelled.Billing and Shipping addresses must match. 

 

 

WILL MY ORDER BE HERE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

 

We encourage Customers to make their hair appointment AFTER you've received your order incase of carrier delays.  We are not responsible for customers missing hair appointments or deposits because your hair didn't arrive in time.  We do not offer refunds for late packages caused by carriers.
