By Purchasing with our company you agree to the following terms and policies:

 

 

 

Calls: ALL calls with our company are recorded.

Shipping: LuxurySilkyHair is not responsible or liable for Missing packages. Its the customers responsibility to Provide a SAFE deliverable shipping address. Luxurysilkyhair is not responsible for carrier delays after we scan AND hand off your package. ONCE we scan in the customers package, The liability then is between THE CUSTOMER and THE CARRIER. LuxurySilkyHair does not issue refunds for missing OR stolen packages. Its the customer responsibility to be home or arrange pickup for their package. We are not responsible for missed hair appointments, Its the customers responsibility to schedule their appointments when their hair is in their hand. We are not responsible for carrier delays after we scan AND hand off your package. ONCE we scan in the customers package, The liability then is between THE CUSTOMER and THE CARRIER. Shipping is 3-7 Working days but can take up to 10 IF there are carrier delays (weather, late planes,etc)

Order: If a customer is experiencing a problem with their order, They understand they must reach out to our company first for us to solve their issue before contacting their bank. False disputes will result in our company filing a fraudulent charge with the customer bank against them and Pursuing legal action.

 Subscriptions: Our company DOES NOT OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS OF ANY SORT. WE DO NOT HAVE REOCCURRING PAYMENTS. WE ARE A ONE TIME PAYMENT COMPANY.

Store Credit: We do not offer refunds, Only store credit. Communication is through email. Store credit is issued via email to the customer. We do not issue refunds.

Refunds: All sales with our company are final. There are no order cancellations. We accept exchanges made within 1 week of delivery. The customer MUST email our customer service to get a return approval. Only Store credit is issued or the customer may exchange their order for another item. We do not issue refunds just store credit.All returns for an exchange must be authorized by luxurysilkyhair. 

Hair Appointments: We encourage Customers to make their hair appointment AFTER you've received your order in-case of carrier delays.  We are not responsible for customers missing hair appointments or deposits because your hair didn't arrive in time.  We do not offer refunds for late packages caused by carriers. 

 

Used Hair: LuxurySIlkyHair does not provide refunds to used bundles, Wigs, closures or frontals. Its unsanitary. This is a hygiene product, it's against the law.  We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut). It's Unsanitary. We do not accept exchanges for used/touched/installed hair. We do not issue refunds for used hair. Its the customer responsibility to care for their hair extensions. We are not responsible for damaged hair extensions/wigs/bundles/frontals/closures caused by the customer. We are not responsible for hair stylists over bleaching hair extensions/wigs/bundles/frontals/closures.

 

Fraud Disputes: IF a customer falsely creates a dispute with their bank, The customer is authorizing LuxurySilkyHair to fully contact their bank to open a fraudulent case against the customer for online Fraud, sue for fees and hardships. The customer is liable of repaying Luxurysilkyhair for fees caused by their false dispute. Luxurysilkyhair pursues legal action against any customer opening fraud disputes in order to steal or commit online fraud. LuxurySIlkyHair opens fraud cases with said customers bank for ANY CUSTOMER filing a false dispute causing termination from said bank with other legal trouble.

 

Identification: LuxurySilkyHair may ask for ID to confirm and process a customers order. The customer must provide the needed information for their order to be shipped or If refused, their order is cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.
